Research & Listing
We take the time to ensure that each item is researched for value and keywords, and placed in the proper eBay item category. We also write a targeted description that includes all pertinent information to maximize your item's selling potential. All the details (size, color, dimensions, condition, age, etc.) of the item are included in the auction listing.

Photography
Auction and Go uses only professional photography equipment in our custom photo studio because we know that top quality photos will enhance your item's appeal. We take up to 20 close-up photos of your item (up to 35 for vehicles) and include an enlargement feature in the auction listing so potential buyers can see every detail of your item.

Fielding Buyer Questions
Potential buyers frequently ask questions about items for sale on eBay. We provide detailed item descriptions that are sure to answer most questions that an interested buyer might have. Should someone request additional information, we respond promptly and completely.

Processing Payments
We handle the complete payment transaction and pay any fees associated with the sale of your item.

Premium Packaging and Shipping
Packaging matters. We use the state of the art foam packaging machine to carefully cradle your item on its way to the buyer. Don’t trust your items with anything less (peanuts are for elephants not for packaging). Look at the Premium Packaging graphic on this page to see our packaging system in action.

We use UPS and USPS to ship your package to the buyer and offer an option for the buyer to purchase insurance. Items are shipped within 1 business day from the time of payment. Most items are shipped the same day.

Returns
Auction and Go will accept a return from a buyer if contacted within 3 business days of receiving the item and if the item did not meet the specifications detailed in the listing. All returns must have a return authorization from Auction and Go prior to shipment. Upon receiving the returned item, Auction and Go will list it again. All returns must be received within 10 days of original shipping date.

You Get a Check
Payments to consigners will be made by check within 20 days after payment has been received for the sold item. We are prompt and precise – you just cash the check.

1. Simply gather your items and bring them to Auction and Go, or contact us to arrange for Pick-Up service.

2. Our customer service professionals will evaluate your item to help you establish a realistic selling value, so that your item sells quickly and puts the most money back in your pocket. We then photograph your item, develop a concise and catchy description, and list it on eBay for auction. The item is identified, labeled and inventoried in our safe and secure warehouse facility. We track the progress of your item throughout the auction period and address any questions an interested buyer might have.

3. When the item sells, Auction and Go processes payment from the buyer. Since we establish payment terms as a representative for you, we eliminate the exposure of your personal information, providing complete confidentiality. Our shipping department then pulls your item from our inventory, carefully packages the item, and ships it to the buyer.

4. Auction and Go then delivers payment to you for the proceeds of the sale. It’s that simple!
